Due to the customized nature of our services, all orders placed with Skaivor Custom Stitching are generally non-refundable.
- Custom Orders
Since each garment is stitched according to customer specifications, refunds are not applicable once stitching has begun. - Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started. - Alterations
If there are minor fitting concerns, we may offer alteration support at our discretion. - Fabric Supplied by Customer
Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from customer-supplied fabric. - Exceptional Cases
Any refund or compensation is solely at the discretion of Skaivor management.
